Support & Maintenance
Being a design and development company, Bharat Digital Services Pvt. Ltd. takes full responsibility for maintaining, developing, and updating the client’s website or mobile application. Bharat Digital Services Pvt. Ltd. is responsible for managing the project’s development from start to finish.
Content
The client’s website contains specific information for which Bharat Digital Services Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held responsible. The client retains the copyright and intellectual property rights to the content. However, Bharat Digital is entitled to use work samples from the website for its portfolio to showcase graphics and web design elements as examples of its achievements.
Travel Time And Expenses
Our quotation typically does not include travel time to and from the customer’s location. However, if travel or a visit is necessary for a meeting, the client will cover all the expenses as agreed between both parties.
Quotations
The cost stated in the quotation only covers the work that has been agreed upon by the client. If the client decides during the site’s development that changes are necessary, we will provide a new price for the additional work and may need to reassess the project’s completion timeline.
Payment Terms
Payment is currently accepted by neft, and PayPal, cheques, and demand drafts unless otherwise agreed.
Contract
The client’s permission for the work to begin will be considered a binding contract between Bharat Digital Services Pvt. Ltd. and the client. The client’s signature on the quote document or an email confirming the quote (with the document attached) may be used to approve the work. The client must acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions when the work is approved to start and the advance payment is made.
Material
The client owns all rights to the material they supply to Bharat Digital Services Pvt. Ltd. We will consider the content as belonging to the client and ensure that no copyright regulations are violated.
Domain Names
Bharat Digital Services Pvt. Ltd. reserves the name of the domain till the time clients fulfil all the payment obligations associated with the domain and other professional costs.
Registration Fees
The client must pay the full reimbursement before submitting a formal registration application. All expenses related to registering the domain name or acquiring third-party utilities or services are included in the standard invoice, which is sent in advance after receiving permission to commence work.
Copyright
All content created by Bharat Digital Services Pvt. Ltd. for the client, including designs, artwork, and source code, is protected by copyright. If copyright transfer has been agreed upon in advance, it will be transferred to the customer upon receipt of the final payment by Bharat Digital Services Pvt. Ltd. Unless both parties agree in writing, Bharat Digital Services Pvt. Ltd. retains the copyright for all material produced by the company.
Photography And Graphics
Bharat Digital may use stock photos and pictures while designing and developing the website/app. Usually, the stock images and graphics are not included in the initial pricing. If the client wants to use them, an additional expense will be added only after the client’s approval.
Internet Service Provider
The client understands that additional contracts with the internet service provider (ISP) are required for any website storage services or application service provider (ASP) services. If needed, Bharat Digital Services Pvt. Ltd. may agree to register a domain name with the host, but it will not be responsible for any modifications made by the provided server.
1 Year Technical Support
As one of the leading web and mobile app development companies in India, Bharat Digital offers technical support for one year after the successful delivery of the project or after the project files are transferred to the host account, whichever comes first. We at Bharat Digital use agile methodology to provide our IT solutions. We also offer technical service for a year in case of any flaws or errors in JavaScript discovered in our server-side scripting. However, we will only provide this support at no additional cost unless another designer or developer makes changes to the project files.
